Berklee College of Music
1108 Boylston Street Renovation

BOSTON, MA

The renovation of 1108 Boylston Street is part of Berklee College of Music’s expansive growth in Boston’s historic Back Bay. This comprehensive renovation created performance classrooms, practice studios, general classrooms, and associated support space. With improved acoustics and finishes, the renovated classrooms support Berklee's diverse academic programs. A band practice room with a control booth is used for small band ensembles. A dance classroom supports movement studies and group yoga sessions. The project opened in 2014.
