Ryder and Richards Halls Deans' Suites

BOSTON, MA

Our renovations of two Deans’ suites in the historic Ryder and Richards Halls expanded academic departments and faculty offices. With fresh interior treatments, the new design reflects Northeastern’s dynamic academic programs while respecting the historic nature and aesthetic of the building.

Employing sustainable design strategies, our design provides healthy working environments, optimizes circulation, and achieves universal accessibility. All work occurred in the midst of fully occupied and operating campus buildings, with careful design, phasing plans and construction coordination with University administration, facilities staff and construction managers to ensure minimum impact on operations.
